Copper Water

I recently upped my hydration game with a new and improved, larger size Copper Water Pitcher (thanks, Amazon)! Drinking a giant glass of copper water has been part of my morning routine for quite a while now, previously out of a smaller copper bottle that I fill with filtered water before bed. I had heard about this ancient Ayurvedic ritual for years, and decided to give it a try when I discovered the plethora of vessels on Amazon. By leaving water in a copper vessel overnight, or ideally 8-10 hours, the water becomes infused with copper's amazing anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging properties... with no difference in taste! Copper is actually the third most abundant mineral in the body, and a known conductor of energy. By filing your body with it, especially just upon waking, you're replenishing not only dehydration that occurs overnight, but mineral loss, as well as activating the flow of all bodily systems! Pretty much any water consumption as soon as you wake up is highly restorative and great for your digestion/elimination.
